Outdoor Cycling

During the outdoor cycling season we run 2 rides a week based from Hathersage, riding out to various destinations within the Peak District.

Starting on Sunday 03rd April, we will ride out each Sunday at 10am from Hathersage Train Station Car Park for a group ride catering for all abilities. We split into ability groups and vary route lengths and difficulties to ensure everyone gets the right level of ride. Expect to see a 50-80km ride taking approximately 3 hours with a cafe stop

From Thursday 26th May, our 2 hour midweek rides from the Millstone Pub in Hathersage begin, which repeat each week on alternate Tuesdays and Thursdays. Rides of 35-45km with a social in the pub afterwards are the norms, and rides continue throughout the year until daylight fades in the evening around October.

No need to book, just turn up and pay subs on the day and bring the required equipment of a Road bike (no hybrids or mountain bikes please), helmet and safety card (available from Matt on each ride if you do not already have one).

Sunday 10:00 Hathersage Train Station (from 03rd April)
Tuesdays or Thursdays (Alternating) 18:30 (from 26th May)
