Track running happens fortnightly from Tuesday 01st March, from 19:00 to 20:00. Expect to see a range of interval sessions designed to improve your speed over 5 and 10k distances. Different ability groups perform different sets around this UKA accredited athletics track. There’s no need to book, just turn up and remember to bring a drink!
